Daddy's visit to LA

Pops made it to LA. He had a great time and was VERY good with the baby. Surprise surprise. He burped him and picked him up when he cried. And he and Max had a great time. When he'd go out to smoke, Max was his constant companion. One day, he'd woken up on Central time and had been awake for hours. When I got up a few hours later, he informed me that he and Max had watered and applied Miracle Grow to my tomatoes! I didn't know that Max had a green thumb. While he and Buster had a great relationships since I was college aged and brought him home often, my dad never really spent any real time with Max before, so I was pleased that he could and that Max got SOME attention from somebody. The baby's been hogging all the attention, so the dogs have loved having guests around.

We visited my great Aunt Olivia and had a nice dinner there. It was a great trip and he's promising to come out again soon.
